Attorney Regina Drennan has been a caregiver, advocate, and attorney. She has firsthand knowledge of the challenges faced by the family of an incapacitated or disabled person and uses that knowledge to assist her client-families in a compassionate and understanding matter.
Regina attended St. John’s University in Jamaica, N.Y. and while raising her children, attended law school at St. Thomas University Law School in Miami Gardens, Fla.,
Regina opened her own law firm to specialize in Guardianship, Probate Administration, and Estate Planning.
Regina strives to share her knowledge and experience to assist families who have family members with incapacity issues, Asperger’s, Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities. Regina also works with families to guide them through the process of Probate and Trust Administration.
Regina works closely with other attorneys to assist them with Minor Guardianships and Probate Administration related to Wrongful Death Actions and Personal Injury Claims.
